About me

Photography is more than a profession. It is a way of observing people, light, movement and the small moments that often pass unnoticed.

My work is not limited to weddings. Personal projects, travel and street photography are an important part of how I continue to develop visually and look for new perspectives.

For more than 15 years, I have photographed weddings in Germany and across Europe. More than 400 couples have trusted me to document their day, and no two weddings have ever felt the same.

What interests me most are the moments that cannot be planned: a glance, a gesture, a reaction, the atmosphere between people. This is why my approach is quiet and observant rather than heavily directed.

Beautiful photographs matter, but beauty does not have to mean perfection. Often it is found in movement, imperfect moments, unexpected light or something that lasts only a second.

During a wedding, the camera should never become more important than the day itself. I give direction when it is useful, but leave enough space for things to happen naturally.

Many couples tell me afterwards how quickly their wedding day passed. Photographs make it possible to return to moments they experienced themselves, but also to discover things they did not see at the time.

In the end, wedding photography is not simply about creating beautiful images. It is about preserving the people, atmosphere and emotions of a day in a way that still feels real years later.

If this is how you would like to remember your wedding, we will probably be a good match.
